"The Indestructibles (Ancient Egyptianj.ḫmw-sk – literally "the ones not knowing destruction"[1][2]) was the name given by Ancient Egyptian astronomers to two bright stars which, at that time, could always be seen circling the North Pole.[3] The name is directly related to Egyptian belief in constant North as a portal to heaven for pharaohs, and the stars' close association with eternity and the afterlife.[4] These circumpolar stars are now known as Kochab (Beta Ursae Minoris), in the bowl of Ursa Minor or, the Little Dipper, and Mizar (Zeta Ursae Majoris), in Ursa Major, at the middle of the handle of the Big Dipper.[4]"

Thuban (α Draconis) was the northern pole star from 3942 BC, when it moved farther north than Theta Boötis, until 1793 BC. The Egyptian Pyramids were designed to have one side facing north, with an entrance passage geometrically aligned so that Thuban would be visible at night.[2] Due to the effects of precession, it will again be the pole star around the year AD 21000. It is a blue-white giant star of magnitude 3.7, 309 light-years from Earth. The traditional name of Alpha Draconis, Thuban, means "head of the serpent".[1]

The dm-2 patch features the "head of the dragon" "Thuban" at the pole star position with two stars highlighted on each side, indeed symbolic to the astronauts as indicted:
The silver star on the east coast of Florida highlights the location of Launch Pad 39A and the Kennedy Space Center from where humans have flown to space since the early 1960s and all Crew Dragon missions will originate.
The stars on either side of the crew's names represent their respective family members. Each has a wife and son who are incredibly supportive and important to the success of the mission.

"In the center of the Crew Demo 2 patch is a hatched dragon signifying the rebirth of manned spaceflight from the continental United States.  It’s tail is wrapped around three vertical rays terminating at a star, a symbol for the astronaut program."

And Bennu (Osiris phoenix) and Ryugu (Dragon's palace) in the space news also all on cue and expected.

Was Ryugujo, The Dragon Palace, which is said to have a different season on each of its four sides, actually symbolic of the Big dipper and the pole star?

Comet torch Atlas is fading out as K2 is potentially flaring up for the future as MM/Minneapolis Minnesota is raging.

C/2017 K2 (PANSTARRS) is an Oort cloud comet with a hyperbolic orbit, discovered in May 2017 at a distance beyond the orbit of Saturn when it was 16 AU (2.4 billion km) from the Sun. Precovery images from 2013 were located by July. It has been in the constellation of Draco since July 2007.
