The shape of Ryugu is now revealed. From a distance, Ryugu initially appeared round, then gradually turned into a square before becoming a beautiful shape similar to fluorite [known as the 'firefly stone' in Japanese]. Now, craters are visible, rocks are visible and the geographical features are seen to vary from place to place. This form of Ryugu is scientifically surprising and also poses a few engineering challenges.

Ryugu is the name of an undersea dragon’s palace visited by Urashima Taro, a fisherman in a Japanese folk story who brings back a mysterious treasure box from the underwater castle.

“The theme of ‘bringing back a treasure’ is common as the Hayabusa 2 will also bring back a capsule with samples,” JAXA said in a statement.

Japanese probe reaches diamond-shaped asteroid Ryugu

The symbol of the JFA is the Yatagarasu, a mythical three-legged raven that guided Emperor Jimmu to Mount Kumano. Yatagarasu is also the messenger of the supreme Shinto sun goddess Amaterasu.^[6]

Today the construction of the Mordovia Arena on the bank of the River Insar is in full swing. The stadium, whose exterior resembles a solar sphere, will host games as part of the 2018 World Cup. The architectural concept harks back to ancient Mordva myth. According to the pre-Christian mythology of the Erzia people, the highest deity was the sun god, Chipaz. The outside is clad in various shades of brown and beige to resemble the earthen pot, with a ring of lights which simulate the flames at night.
Part of the original structure of the stadium has been converted into 10 black vertical lines which align with the other nine World Cup stadiums and Berlin, which hosted the last final of soccer’s greatest trophy in 2006.

The Saransk stadium is a solar sphere with identical similarities to FNB,  another confirmation the calabash is the sun with symbolic geometry alignments.

These lines are continued down the façade, in the passages and ramps and on the paving outside.

Because 9 is considered to be an unlucky number in South African traditional culture,^{[citation needed]} a tenth line was added. This tenth line is aimed at Berlin's Olympic Stadium, which hosted the previous World Cup final in 2006.
