The form of the stadium is influenced by its proximity to water and the city’s famed riverscapes, representing a water-borne flowering plant that has floated down the river from the vast and fertile hinterland and taken hold in the meadow.
The design of the bowl reflects the commitment to providing excellent viewing standards and creating a cauldron-like atmosphere in which all spectators can see and interact with each other. Overall, with the associated podium rising from five to eight levels, the structure reaches 50 metres above ground level; tall compared to typical European football stadia.

From the benben mound arose the lotus which is what king tut's sun trumpet likely represents. The lotus represented the Pharaoh/Osiris/Phoenix resurrecting from the tomb, as the sun trumpet was used in resurrection rituals.
From the Egg arose a single blue Lotus. It rose high above the darkness of the abyss, and opened it's great petals. Within it's golden heart rested a beautiful young God, the Creator Amen-Re, with one single finger pressed against His lips in Silence. Light streamed from the body of this Divine Child, banishing darkness to the far reaches of the universe. Like a phoenix with flaming plumage He arose, uttering a cry that shattered the eternal silence. This was the first sound- the first Word- and that Word manifested as a living God. Thoth was His name: the Self-Created, the Logos, Wisdom.

It was from Nun that Ra (or Amun, another of the Ogdoad who became prominent Middle Kingdom onward, and joined with the sun god as Amen-Ra) created himself, rising up on the first piece of land - the primeval mound (Benben) out of the lotus blossom, born from the world egg, or as a bnw-bird who then found and landed on the mound.

Inspired by the teams logo, the new Falcon Stadium will have a uniquely designed retractable roof. It features  eight triangular translucent panels that create the illusion of a bird's wings extended when opened. Surrounding the opening of the roof would be a halo video board that will enclose the playing surface, stretching from one of the 10 yard lines to the other and then curving around the end zones to complete the oval.
